Service

SALCOM has a service department specialising in the maintenance of our products, whatever the age. Services available include;

  • Full support for currently manufactured SALCOM products
  • Hardware support for many discontinued SALCOM products
  • Hardware and programming support for many OEM products distributed by SALCOM
  • Phone and email support for problems and faults.

Field Engineering

The systems department has technicians and engineers available for South Island based on-site evaluation, installation, commissioning and support. For other areas we can recommend a contractor to visit your site.

All on-site servicing will incur a cost, even if the product is under factory warranty, as our warranty only covers goods returned to the factory. Please refer to our standard warranty conditions

Services include:

  • Installation, commissioning and support for SALCOM manufactured systems and solutions
  • Support for OEM products stocked by SALCOM, even if the product was purchased through other channels
  • Reprogramming and configuration changes for existing systems
  • Integration of SALCOM solutions into existing systems and networks
